		<description>Poutine is the food of gods ... really surprised you found it in Chicago.  The only place I have found in in New Hampshire (ahem, a state that BORDERS Quebec) is a small eatery that closes before 2PM.   As I am a late riser, I have, needless to say, never made it in for poutine.</description>
