The food photography link - both fascinating and a bit scary. I mean, I knew some of those tricks, but brown shoe polish? Suddenly my Gourmet is not as appealing.

I attended a food photography workshop the other day at it was amazing to learn about all of the tricks used! The comment was made that you can’t photograph taste so you need to make the product look as tasty to make up for that fact. I suppose so.
