So I am asking you to add my food blog to your list. It is new, but I am adding a post weekly. I am a food technologist & a member of the Research Chefs Association. My blog isn't about restaurants, but about the makeup of foods, how they are developed, and will eventually get into topical issues like nutraceuticals, organic, etc. I think it would be an interesting addition to the list you currently have. That looks like a great burger. I had an incredible burger at some "family" restaurant near the El Paso airport. It was fat and wonderful like the one in your picture, but it had chilis on it. I'm not a huge chili fan (being a wimp when it comes to the heat), but this burger was one of my top burgers ever consumed. Wow. That looks like a great burger.
