A new machine, a busy work schedule and other excuses have kept me away. I’m on a new machine, and many of your email requests to get on the Food Blog list are still on a sick machine (not like I was going to get through them all anytime soon). In the meantime, here’s a beer. Prairie Moon has Ommegang’s Hennepin on tap. Citrusy with coriander and ginger notes. They also have the excellent Goose Island Pere Jacques on tap. Dark, malty, strong and fruity, more complex than Goose’s Matilda.
